Terms of Service

Pebblenod — Approvals for monday.com · Effective: October 6, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are a binding agreement between the organization that installs or uses Pebblenod ("you") and Anicca Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By installing or using Pebblenod you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. monday.com is not a party to these terms; your use of monday.com itself is governed by your agreement with monday.com.

2. Business use

Pebblenod is a business tool, offered only to organizations and to individuals acting for a business. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

3. The service

Pebblenod lets you run approval flows on monday.com items, keep a Status column in sync, keep a history of decisions, run approvals from monday.com automations and collect decisions from people outside monday.com through private links. We may improve, change or retire features over time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on monday.com's platform being available.

4. License and restrictions

While your subscription is active we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Pebblenod within your monday.com account. You may not: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Pebblenod or try to obtain its source code; circumvent its security, authentication or plan limits; resell, sublicense or provide it to third parties as a service; use it to build a competing product; or access it by automated means other than the features it provides.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

Plans, limits and prices are shown on the Pebblenod listing in the monday.com marketplace. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by monday.com under monday.com's billing terms. Plans differ only in volume (for example, approval requests per month); when a limit is reached, existing requests keep working and new ones can be opened after upgrading or at the start of the next month. We will announce any price change for existing plans at least 30 days in advance; it will apply from your next renewal after that notice.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into Pebblenod ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to process Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. For personal data in Customer Data we act as your processor; a data processing agreement is available on request at support@pebblenod.com. You are responsible for the content you add and for having a lawful basis to add the people and email addresses you include in approval flows.

7. External approvers

External approval links are private, signed, single-use and expire after 7 days. Anyone who holds a valid link can record the decision it allows, so send each link only to the intended person. You are responsible for the people you invite.

8. Not a legal signature

Pebblenod records who approved or rejected what and when, for your internal processes. It is not an electronic signature service and does not by itself create a legally binding signature or satisfy any specific legal, regulatory or audit requirement. You decide whether its records are suitable for your purposes.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use Pebblenod to break the law, to send unsolicited or deceptive messages, to attempt to access other accounts or data, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the service or monday.com.

10. How we contact you

We will contact users only for service, support, billing, security and legal notices related to Pebblenod. We will not send marketing messages unless you opt in.

11. Support

Support is provided by email at support@pebblenod.com. We aim to reply within one business day; this is a goal, not a guarantee.

12. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

13. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebblenod is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and (b) our total liability for all claims related to Pebblenod is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid for Pebblenod in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, from the people you invite to approve, or from your use of Pebblenod in breach of these terms or the law.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Pebblenod at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service, monday.com or other users at risk. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 6, 8 and 12 to 18 survive termination.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

18. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about Pebblenod. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of our business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. You will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. We may update these terms; for material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice through the app, the listing or by email, and continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
